What We Believe

We believe there is only One true and living God.  He is the all-powerful, all-knowing God who is the Creator of all things.
We believe God inspired men to write the Bible through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
We believe God came to earth in human form as Jesus the Messiah.
We believe God is compassionate, merciful, and that He loves the whole world.
We believe God answers prayers and offers eternal life to those who have accepted His Son the Lord Jesus as personal Savior.  Best of all, God wants you to have an abundant life, with significance, and a cause worth living for.  God has a purpose for your life.
We believe in Jesus as God's only and unique Son.
We believe that Jesus took on human flesh and suffered and died for our sins.
We believe that God raised Him from the dead on the third day and that He is now seated at the right hand of the Father.
We believe that Jesus will return to take the church to be in heaven with Him.
We believe that Jesus is "the way, the truth, and the life."
We believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven.
We believe that Jesus offers salvation and it is totally free and it is available right now.
The Bible:
We believe the Bible is God's Holy Word.  We believe the Bible claims to be God's Holy Word. The Bible claims that God spoke what is written on the pages of the Bible.
We believe there is no error, contradiction, or mistake in the Bible.
We believe that God's Word is inerrant and infallible.  So, in other words, the Bible is trustworthy.

We believe sin separates mankind from God.
Sin is what causes all the evil in the world.
Through Jesus Christ we can be reconciled to God.
The only remedy for sin is a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus.
The Church:
We believe in the local church as a community of regenerate persons who voluntarily unite themselves to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.
